1. Return and Exchange Policy
Products may be returned or exchanged within 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition with the original packaging.
The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return or exchange, unless the reason is due to a mistake by the store.
Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products that are sensitive to use, such as perfumes or underwear, cannot be returned once opened.
2. Payment Policy
Payment can be made through BenefitPay, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or any other approved method.
For cash on delivery, the order must be confirmed with customer service before shipping.
Any prepaid amounts are non-refundable once the order is processed.
Credit card payments or other electronic payment methods that require special devices are not available. Only the approved methods mentioned above are accepted.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, and delivery time depends on the customer’s location.
Delivery fees vary by region and are determined at checkout.
If the customer delays receiving the order, the store will not be responsible for any additional delay and an extra charge will be applied for re-delivery.

All personal information collected from customers is used solely for processing orders and will not be shared with any third party.
The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or violating our policies.
Using any store content (images, product descriptions, etc.) without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before payment is completed or within two hours of a paid order.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The store complies with all laws and regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and does not sell any prohibited or banned products under applicable laws in the Kingdom.
If a product requires official permits, the store ensures all necessary approvals are obtained before selling it.

Please include the product details, quantity, and delivery address in the message.
Once the order is confirmed with customer service, payment and delivery details will be provided.
